A very warm welcome to St Wilfrid's C of E Church in Grappenhall. Grappenhall is a village on the southern edge of Warrington, Cheshire. The picturesque heart of the village is a conservation area with the church, a historic listed building, at its centre.
We have recently obtained Vistor statistics for this website and we are amazed by the number of visits we receive, especially those from overseas. We would like to hear from anyone who is reading this page from outside of our parish, particularly if you have historical links with Grappenhall. Please follow this link to our Friends Page.
St Wilfrids Church, Grappenhall
Through this website we invite all-comers to visit our church, either in body, mind or spirit. Those who are already part of our regular congregation can keep up to date with news and forthcoming events. Those who have moved out of the parish, or who can no longer get to church, can stay in touch with what is going on with our Friends page. Most of all, those who want to know more about Christianity will hopefully learn what it means to be committed Christians and join us in worship in Grappenhall or elsewhere nearer their home.

Please note that the church is open to visitors between 2.00pm and 4.00pm on Saturday and Sunday afternoons between May and October and a guide is usually available.
